I’ve bought 7 homes and sold 6 of them, and by far Tom is the most proactive agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with.  Tom did not simply list the home and put a sign in the front yard. Instead he used the internet and held a unique “lunchtime” open house to try and accommodate folks work schedules in addition to the traditional weekend approach.
